Wholesale Policies

Pricing:

Our website is for Wholesale Customer ONLY.  Once you are registered and signed in, you will see the Wholesale pricing per item.  Please note that we have NO MOQ.    Any item can be mixed or matched for wholesale pricing.  

Shipping Policies:

We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner.  Each product category has a different shipping timeframe.  We clearly list all shipping timelines in each product description.   Orders received after 4PM EST are considered next business day purchases.  All orders are shipped via UPS Mail innovations or USPS, unless otherwise arranged by you. If you require rush shipping or overnight shipping, please contact us directly.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Dropshipping:

Dropshipping is available on all graphics and RTS items through Synclogic.  At this time our Pre-order items are not available for Dropship.  Please email lemonloveapparel@gmail.com for all Synclogic information.

 

Returns:

At this time, we do not offer returns refunds on wholesale orders.  We also do not offer exchanges for product for wrong sizing.

Damages:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us lemonloveapparel@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. We will gladly replace this item for you.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise:

It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. Lemon Love is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. In addition, Lemon Love is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.
